The project

An Idea & Lots of Passion

Like many projects, it all started with an idea and a lot of enthusiasm! Then the passion takes hold and becomes infectious, bringing together people from all walks of life to collaborate. You're then able to build a team around your idea and turn it into reality. This is the story of the CryptoTattooerZ! Cyril, the brain behind the concept, has been a tattoo artist for 17 years. Owning the Kahuna Tattoo Studio in Cannes, he shares his art and passion daily. Once he conceived the idea of CryptoTattooerZ, it was only natural for him to find other enthusiasts from both the tattoo and computer engineering worlds to join him and turn this idea into a tangible project. Our ambition is to offer a new experience in the world of tattooing. An experience aimed at both professionals and tattoo enthusiasts. Beyond just a collection of NFTs, we're inviting you on a journey through a unique artistic universe with our various creations. Join us to share and learn about our common passion: tattooing. Along the way, we'll explore a new realm that will form the foundation of tomorrow's internet: the world of blockchain.

The collection

Realism

The depiction of reality or the Art of absolute truth. Mastering the figurative means being faithful to the world and its images. Only those who master this artistic style will be able to guide others towards the light.

Japanese

The forbidden needles - the blood of the Yakuza. The Japanese traditional tattoo is a colourful rebellion, between prohibition and age-old know-how. It would be necessary to assimilate a whole culture to honor the art of these asian grand masters.

Ornemental

The subtlety of ornament and its details: an aesthetic adornment, like a jewel engraved directly on the skin. Ornamental is synonymous with harmony, elegance and precision. Only the most sensitive will be able to evolve in this graphic style.

Old School

An obsession for travels, a culture of symbols, of the language of colour. It all started with ink on sailors' skin: Travel not to find yourself but to remember who you’ve been all along. Many are the trips illustrated by the Old School. Each tattoo allows you to remember...the places visited and the faces met and left behind.

Chicano

Initially street gangs, designs showing women, skulls, flowers and religious figures. Today, more than a crew, a family born from urban culture, combining an ''art de vivre'', and a deep will to take care of its own.

Maori

This tattoo style comes from the roots of Polynesian culture, giving life to just as many branches as Polynesian peoples. Decoration, history, language, symbol of power, and even honorific distinction, some may also consider it as sacred.

Blackwork

The intensity of the dark and a taste for the shadows. A difficult technique for a radical change. Filling its pores with ink: a cult of the black colour and a total counterculture. Blackwork is the most violent and aggressive apprenticeship among CryptoTattooerZ.
